Onto lucky number seven for this year for Inaba and we have Smizzy stepping up to the plate from across the Atlantic with the ‘Back In Action’ EP. The title track is a relaxing string led roll through open plains, carefully placed drum rolls and flickering synths breaking up the landscape and drawing the listener back to subtle harmonies.

‘Over and Out’ quietly changes direction and swaps the strings of ‘Back in Action’ for a melancholy and nostalgic piano lead. Skipping drums dart across a symphony of keys and synths which sing together combining to create a haunting and beautiful track.
